We have had another wonderful experience at Baymont! If there was an issue, it was resolved as soon as I mentioned it to the Manager on duty. The gentleman that checked us in around 9pm and the woman who ran the desk in the morning was great!

My son and I have been through so much these days and decided to just spontaneously up and take a trip and packed up and hopped on the road in 20 mins! We found our selves standing at the front desk greeted by the most lovely lady! Our room smelled so wonderful, for what we payed it was amazing and it’s a 10 for 60 bucks if u ask me a night! If u want a 5 star go to a Hilton, but Baymont really shows up for you and u can just feel like your at home, your not out of place, your not over or underdressed so to speak to be hear! If you come hear you come for comfortable! And you come for southern hospitality at best no less! And if you have a kid, the lady at the front desk will surely make sure they feel super special, I know my little guy did!

The room was quiet and nice. The back of the remote kept falling off, and the batteries kept falling out.. I understand there's no smoking in the room but they should have ashtrays for the cigarette butts instead of people tossing them over the side of a balcony.

it was near just about anything you wanted. but the room smelled of smoke walking in, but it was great stayed 4 nights, worth every penny!

For the most part a pleasant experience however the first room was pretty much not ever cleaned. Management promptly corrected the issue and moved me to another room that was ok. I simply requested another way I could an extended stay with a hardship rage in lieu of my husband’s passing . Staff informed me they would let me know

The room looked great. Had some updated items that were wonderful to use. The shower was Fabulous!

The front desk receptionist was amazing and very helpful. I remember asking for forks and feeling bad for asking when I noticed she had to get up and go get them for me but she was pleasant and happy to help!
